The foundation of the business was laid in 1942 when Mr. Mohammed Nathu Tanwar relocate from Mumbai to Pune and established Nathu Construction. Under his leadership, the company quickly rose to prominence, becoming one of the region’s leading contractors with a top PWD ranking. The first vendors to support the venture were Motiwala Bharucha & Shah Company.

The legacy was carried forward by Haji Abdul Majeed Tanwar and Haji Ghulam Mustafa Tanwar, who rebranded the business as A. M. Tanwar & Sons, ensuring continued growth and operational excellence. In the 1970s, the company evolved into GM Constructions, which successfully operated until 2008.

Since then, the next generation—Mr. Saqib GM Tanwar and Mr. Abid GM Tanwar—has taken the reins, strengthening the brand’s presence in the industry. Today, the company operates under the name Daulat Buildcon, thriving with a dedicated workforce, a strong brand identity, and a comprehensive fleet of modern construction machinery.
